Day 21, My Old Wooden Rocking Chair

So the mission for this week was to photograph something wooden. I went in search and found this old rocking chair. It was given to me by my Grandmother (my Dad's mom) when I was a baby. She died when I was only four, so I never really knew her. When I moved out I decided to take it with me to save for my kids. Over the years my parents and hubby have said at times, "Why don't you just get rid of that old chair?" I never could bring myself to though, just always been attached to it. I have thought about refinishing it, but I like the rustic character it has so I think I will leave it as it is :)
