Wow, so today makes a whole month of blogging! I am surprised I have been able to keep it up ;)
Today I decided to bake a cake. Well more like my hubby talked me into making one. Anyone who knows me knows this is a great feat for me because a cook or a baker I am not, lol! I can get by in the kitchen, but it has never been my strong suit. My hubby took a year of culinary school way back when we first met, so he is a much better cook than I am.
So here is the story of the cake...........

In the evening Miss E.'s Gram and Uncle J. came by for a visit. Miss E. love's them both! When they left she kept looking at the door waiting for them to come back and when they didn't burst out into tears :( It was soooooo sweet!

You don't bake and you have that awesome mixer!?!?! Thats it I'm coming over to confiscate it! ;)
LOL! Not mine, my hubby's;) He coveted that mixer for years and finally got it for himself a few months ago. It is an awesome mixer though, I may have to start using it more!
The cake looks yummy! I have the same colour Kitchenaid...as your hubby, apparently. ;)
