So last week I missed the "Something Old" mission, so I am doing it today. The oldest things we have in our house are these old glass negatives. I picked them up at an antique store several years ago thinking it was just a cool old picture. When I opened the frame I discovered they were actually glass negatives. I also found two more in the back and one was broken. They appear to be for advertisements. I don't know for sure what year they are. My husband scanned them in and looked at some of the products and looked them up. From what he found they looked to be from the late 1800's, early 1900's. So yeah, they are old!

No actually they are not on the wall at the moment, I had to dig them up from storage downstairs. I may have to find a place for them though :)
